Abstract
First of all, I would like to congratulate the University of the Caribbean for the initiative of launching a new scientific journal. In the field of science, diversification means richness and having rigorous means of dissemination is essential to publicize the achievements of research. One of the responsibilities of scientists is not only to contribute to the development of science, in its various disciplines, but, as important as doing it, is to disseminate it. Sharing achievements is an obligation.
The journal that is now being reprinted is born with a multidisciplinary character within the area of social sciences, which is also good news in the field of scientific dissemination. This makes it possible to break out of the watertight compartments that often weigh down knowledge.
This issue includes five articles in section II, Refereed Articles, and one in section III, Research Advances.
In section II, several articles are related to the world of organizations: High Performance Teams and their Impact on Organizational Management in Times of Crisis; Organizational Climate in the 21st Century: Administrative and Hermeneutical Considerations in Times of Pandemic, as well as the article entitled Execution of Strategic Planning: Key to Business Efficiency in Times of Crisis.
The first article, Teleworking as a New Element of Productivity in a Pandemic Scenario, deals with a highly topical subject, teleworking, which is a new element of productivity in a pandemic scenario.
