Preface

Abstract

I must address the peers, readers and students of the administrative, social, humanistic and tactical sciences that are immersed in the world of research, in the search for the formation of groups according to relevant research lines for the nation and the world, taking giant steps to provide an academic tribune in evolution, where the University of the Caribbean -UC- Panama, promotes its research and its disclosures.
It is projected to consolidate the greatest international visibility through refereed publications where each discipline makes an introspection achieving the hermeneutics and statistics of what has arisen, based on a hybrid method that exposes what has been experienced in the world as a result of the pandemic scenario.
In this sense, this XXI Century is plagued with trends, information, training and transformation for vital decisions in research, the administrative sciences from the managerial point of view, are strengthened through critical reflections of experts from epistemology, ethics and values that transcend to the forefront of the exchange of knowledge in journals and repositories containing these intellectual products, so necessary at the present time.
Technology, man and emotions are part of this liquid society that has permeated with knowledge, making the environment a convergence of this triad, in addition to the dynamism of groups and psychosocial changes, new modalities in education, new forms of education, and new forms of social and economic development.
