Abstract

The beginning of the digital era has caused an increase in the use of information and communication technology(ICT) by workers who work remotely, an activity that can improve the competitiveness of the organization.Therefore, the general objective was to Analyze Teleworking as a new element of productivity in a pandemic scenario. With a hybrid methodology, with hermeneutical method, type and descriptive non-experimental field design, the data presented below were collected. Among the relevant results it is noted that the key to the success of an organization depends on internal and external factors, without relegating the support and participation of all members, with the advancement of Information and Communication Technologies. Among the final considerations,this research exposes the importance of using technology as a working tool today in times of pandemic, as a way to improve the productivity of the organization. The result is to maintain the modality. It can be developed outside oftheir physical facilities, through the use of ICT, which is beneficial from the point of view of productivity, allowing employees to have control over their time and objectives, providing organizations with higher productivity derived the increase in the quality of working life.
